Early days

In the initial stages of our journey, we encountered numerous challenges, particularly due to our lack of experience in the men's innerwear industry. After recognizing the market potential while selling surplus clothes, we were determined to venture into this new business, but we felt overwhelmed by the complexities involved. I took it upon myself to visit various manufacturers and suppliers, keenly gathering information about the intricacies of innerwear production. My exploration included understanding the significance of yarn selection, from its count to how it impacts the fabric's GSM and softness. I delved into essential processes such as knitting, bleaching, dyeing, compacting, cutting, stitching, and packing. Each step revealed crucial insights, helping me build a foundational knowledge that was previously absent. Additionally, these interactions allowed me to forge vital connections within the industry, laying the groundwork for our future success in the innerwear market.
