All trademarks, logos, garment designs, product photography, and digital website collateral are the exclusive property of Mellow and Tantex. Authorized partners receive a limited license to use official promotional assets strictly for genuine Mellow products.
Commercial Orders & Minimums.
Wholesale tier allocations, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and commercial order placement procedures are strictly enforced for distributors, wholesalers, and retail boutiques.
Pricing, Settlement & Shipping.
Wholesale pricing policies, currency terms, invoice settlement schedules, warehouse dispatch procedures, and logistics risk allocation are detailed in your partner agreement.
Quality Assurance & Defect Claims.
Our multi-stage inspection standards, defect claim notification windows (e.g. 7 business days), and replacement / credit resolution policies.
Every piece of Mellow innerwear is engineered to meet exacting durability standards. Verified manufacturing flaws are promptly replaced or credited.
Governing Law & Legal Desk.
